Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING
Luv That Art's goal is to to ship out all orders in a timely fashion. It usually takes 2 - 3 business days to process your order. If it's going to take longer then expected because of a delay with a vendor or artist, we will notify you immediately. Once the order is processed, and shipped you should receive the order within 3 - 5 business days based on your location. Tracking is forwarded once the order has been shipped.
Most orders are shipped USPS priority or FEDEX unless otherwise requested. Any order addressed to a PO Box is shipped USPS.
FRAMED ART takes up to 5 -7 business days to ship because of the labor entailed to get it framed and shipped securely. The order is then shipped with FEDEX or UPS. Tracking will be provided once the order is shipped.
RETURN POLICIES
Luv That Art is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase :
CONDITIONS :
If the reason for the return was due to DAMAGE upon receipt, we will offer you the opportunity to have the item replaced or a full refund given. The item must be sent back in it's original wrapping. The return process will go into effect once the damaged or defective item is returned. A refund usually takes 3 -5 business days to clear.
If you receive your order and you are NOT SATISFIED or happy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a refund of the item price but the SHIPPING RETURN back to us is at your expense. The item must be returned back in the same item shipped in, and without damage, so please be careful when returning, to prevent creases in artwork, in order to receive the refund for the item purchased.
If you receive a shipment that was obviously damaged in transit, refuse the package and call us. We will ship a replacement order immediately.
If you provided an INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS that results in an "undeliverable" package, and you would like to have the package resent, you will incur the additional reshipping charges. If a package is returned to us because the recipient never picked it up from the Post Office, you will have to repay the shipping charges before we can reship it to you.
BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE FRAMED ART -
Luv That Art must be notified within 72hrs of receipt if framed artwork is damaged at 845-243-0250. If you see that the box has been damaged or you hear pieces rattling, please DO NOT open the box. If framed work is received damaged we will send you a replacement immediately after the original shipment is received back. A refund will be issued only if framed artwork is no longer available. It is very important for the item to be sent back in it's original wrapping. The item must be wrapped well not to incur any additional damage then first advised of. The shipping carrier may want to exam the item and packaging, so that a claim can be put in for the item. You will not receive any additional shipping and handling fees for the replacement.
APPAREL ITEMS:
Apparel items must be in a new, unaltered and unused condition. We can't accept clothing that has been worn or altered in any way. Refunds and exchanges for clothing items are contingent upon the inspection of the items once we receive them.
