Leonard Freeman first realized he wanted to be an artist as a young child growing up in Killeen, Texas, a small town in the central part of the state. Leonard Freeman is a self-taught artist who specializes in photo-realism using the airbrush as his principal means of application. Freeman's other areas of expertise include drawing with pencils and painting with oils, watercolors, and acrylics.
After a year of studying concept and design at the Art Institute of Houston, he entered the world of commercial art. Since that time, he has over 500 "freelance" projects to his credit, and he is recognized nationally for his extraordinary talent and his creative ability. At the age of 32, Leonard Freeman he surrendered his life to Jesus Christ. The excitement of being born-again led him back to his first love of drawing and painting.
