Justin Copeland is a life-taught illustrator and comic artist currently based in Richmond, VA.
In 2016, he quit his job to pursue his dreams as an artist. Since then, he's created over 500+ artworks and built a following of over 65,000 people across his platforms.
His work is vibrant and wondrous, and he focuses on capturing the feelings of love, inner peace, and spiritual growth when working. Justin is passionate about creating artwork, characters, and stories that inspire Black people. Due to racism and white supremacy in our society, there is a HUGE underrepresentation of authentic Black stories where Black characters are free from racism, ridicule, and stereotypes. He focuses on addressing these issues while simultaneously honoring Black/African culture.
