Return Policies
Please call first before any returns at 917-270-0250. This will allow us to be aware of your item returning, and discuss any important matters before the return. is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

**Shipping and handling is non-refundable *
A 10% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without wear)
Any item returned not in new condition will not receive a refund

Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, Luv That will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the item back to us. Item must be sent back in original wrapping. You will not incur any additional shipping and handling fees for the replacement.

Art Prints
If you are not satisfied with your art print, please call or e-mail Luv that to advise. This will allow us to be aware of return. Please return item back in paper and canister received in. Please roll back in canister carefully, so that creasing will not damage print. A full refund will be received except shipping and handling fees. If product is not received in new condition a refund will not be given.

Broken or Defective Framed Art
Luv that must be called within 48hrs of receipt if framed art work is damaged at 917-270-0250. If framed art work is received damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement immediately after original is received. A refund will be issued only if framed artwork is no longer available. It is very important item be sent back in original wrapping. Item must be wrapped well not to incur any additional damage than first advised of. The shipping carrier may want to examine item and packaging , so that claim can be put in for item. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for the replacement.

Framed Art
Please call Luv that at 917-270-0250 before returning your item if you have changed your mind about the product. It is very important that the item be shipped back in it's original packaging and wrapped well to prevent any damage to artwork. Shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a 10% restocking fee.

We strongly recommend you return the item via a shipping method that provides tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in the return shipping. If damaged is caused to framed artwork in process of your return-you will be notified immediately, and refund adjustment will be made with your knowledge.

Refused-Unclaimed-Invalid Address
If package is sent back to Luv That because you did not pick up the package, or address was invalid, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges to re-ship it.

If customer chooses not to have it re-shipped or no longer desires the product, we will refund the purchase price of the order. The shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Payenent Plan Option
Layaways are a courtesy option offered to our customers by Luv That . This option is offered on framed artwork that totals over $250.00. Layaway's are payed in 2 or 3 equal payments over 60 days with a minimum deposit of 35% of total layaway, with 1 or 2 remaining payments over the next 60 days. Agreement will be made between Luv that art and customer to decide if it will be 2 or 3 payments. shipping and handling will be added to final payment if applicable. The second automatic payment of 35% of the total sale will be processed on the credit card that was used at the time of order on the 30th day following the first payment, then a final payment of the last 30% on the following 30th day which constitutes the final payment of the layaway order. There can be no exceptions to the automatic payment method. There is no penalty to pay off your Layaway before the final due date. Item(s) must be paid in full to remove it from layaway. Cancellation of layaway will result in a 10% charge of the total sale . Once layaway item(s) are paid in full they will be shipped immediately. Luv that reserves the right to cancel any layaway and charge a 10% restocking fee of the total sale if credit cards are declined when payment is due on every 30th day. A refund of any payments, less than the 10% restocking charge of the total sale, will be credited back to the customer's credit card that was initially used.

A receipt of payment will be E-mailed to you every time payment is made.
